About BOUNCZ

Bouncz is a mobile software solution that helps those who routinely work and play in the virtual environment to alleviate mental fatigue and stress that accompanies the (over) reliance of video technology tools (particularly during the COVID19 outbreak and resulting social distancing initiatives).

Our application focuses on improving overall wellness by targeting five dimensions impacting mental fatigue and stress to achieve better balance, rejuvenate your mood, sharpen your cognitive skills and improve your overall productivity.

BOUNCZ will suggest some ‘food for thought’ including antioxidant-rich foods proven to improve mental clarity, boost mood and energy and optimize cognitive functioning.

During the course of the day, BOUNCZ will encourage you to consider new types of activities that you may not have tried before, to increase your blood flow and reduce side effects caused by excessive screen time.
